Our founder and CEO Sue Moore Fenske is a seasoned leader with more than 25 years of in-the-trenches experience driving growth, innovation, and impact for organizations in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. She is passionate about equipping nonprofits with the tools, knowledge, and leadership they need to make a lasting difference
Our founder and CEO Sue Moore Fenske is a seasoned leader with more than 25 years of in-the-trenches experience driving growth, innovation, and impact for organizations in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. She is passionate about equipping nonprofits with the tools, knowledge, and leadership they need to make a lasting difference—a passion that inspired her to launch ElevateNPT. Sue brings a rare combination of strategic insight and hands-on leadership to help mission-driven organizations thrive.
A former nonprofit executive, Sue understands what it takes to move an organization to greater mission impact. She has developed business and communications strategies for companies in health care, engineering, entertainment, education, banking, and social services—building infrastructure and culture that has led to stronger results, greater visibility, and sustainable growth. Her particular focus at ElevateNPT is strategic planning, leadership development, organizational assessment, and change management. Her deep experience working with nonprofit boards has helped board members clarify their roles, increase engagement, and lead with confidence.
A graduate of Stephens College and University of Louisville, Fenske holds an MBA and bachelor’s degrees in engineering science and communications.
