Our Leadership
Our CEO Sue Moore Fenske has worked with organizations in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, successfully creating operating infrastructure and business culture that led to increased revenue and greater public awareness. She has devised business development and communications strategies for companies in health care, engineering, entertainment, education, banking, and social services, including complete marketing strategy and action plans, public/media/government relations, organizational assessment and restructuring, and change management.
Fenske’s experience as a business owner and executive has honed her ability to identify critical growth and sustainability opportunities and challenges and to devise effective strategies to ensure success. As a fund development professional, she has consistently hit revenue targets by successfully aligning key organizational objectives with the philanthropic goals of donors. Her many years of working with nonprofit boards has helped board members better understand their roles and responsibilities, leading to greater engagement, performance, and satisfaction.
An alumna of Stephens College and University of Louisville, Fenske holds an MBA and bachelor’s degrees in engineering science and communications.
